There is an easy way to find the cheapest forecourt prices in your area. Register @ the free website www.petrolprices.com to find the cheapest fuel in your area.

 

The fuel data is gathered from Fuel Card users. When they purchase fuel with their card - the type of fuel purchased and how much it cost is fed into the database. Since there are tens of thousands of fuel card users in the UK, they are able to update our prices at around 8,000 stations each and every working day.

 

What's in it for them?

 

As the website requires registration the company is clearly creating a database of customers for which it will use for 'cross marketing' purposes, there are already a number of links on the site.

 

I have been registered with this company for over 2 years now and other than the weekly update I 'opted in for' to tell me the cheapest fuel in my area, there are no other emails I get on the back of this site.
